Check-In (Arrival):
All houseboats board at 4 p.m. on day of arrival. After boarding, all houseboats must leave the dock one hour before dark or remain moored until 8 a.m. the following day for a pilot to drive you out of the marina.
Check-Out (Departure):
All houseboats must be back to the dock and unloaded by 10 a.m. on day of departure.

Rental Prices DO NOT include KY sales tax or the fuel you have used during your trip.
Reservation Deposit:
House boat rental reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your reservation deposit.
A 7 day grace period will be given for those sending a check or cashier’s check.
For reservations less than 60 days out, we need payment in full at the time of you make your reservation.

For reservations greater than 60 days out, a deposit only is required when the reservation is made. The balance for your rental is to be paid within 60 days of when you make your reservation. There is a 6% KY sales tax on the rental.
Payment:
Mastercard, VISA and Discover cards and checks are accepted for payment. Damage deposits made by credit card imprint, we do not run cards unless there is damages to the houseboat.
Cancellations:
This is a very seasonal business, with little walk-in traffic.  This requires a firm cancellation policy.
Cancellations made 60 days prior to your arrival date are entitled to receive a full refund.  Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations made with in 30 days of your arrival date are not eligible for any refund unless the reserved unit is re-rented for the entire reservation period.
Cancelations made less than 15 days prior to arrival date will be not refunded.
Changes to reservation must be made 30 days prior to the original date; Changes are made only for the same calendar year.
Damage Deposit:
The damage deposit will be determined at the completion of the cruise provided the boat is returned clean, undamaged and unloaded before 10:00 Central Time. A $100.00 per hour late charge will be applied for failure to return and be unloaded. Remember, you are responsible for the vessel and its contents, and are accountable for any and all damages and missing items.
Refunds:
Refunds of payments will not be made for early termination or late arrivals. You will be charged for the time of your entire reservation. Problems not reported for repair will not be considered for refunds. Marina will provide assistance for breakdowns during daylight working hours, or as quickly as possible.
Rental Agreement:
Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement and waiver prior to boarding. Renter must check in, pay, and be ready to leave harbor at least one hour before dark or remain in harbor until morning.
NO PETS:
Persons bringing pets will be refused.
